Hypnotic Script for Weight Loss


  • The following script may be recorded and listened to during the day. Playing it as you fall into sleep is a very effective method.


  • Another effective method is to print script and read it silently or aloud. (ignore the close eyes part in beginning)
    To control overeating read or listen to script just before meal times.

Everyone has seen a staircase. Don’t use the I don’t see anything excuse. Remember it and you will see it.

So everyone can remember one in their mind’s eye. Some people have more developed creative visual skills and may feel comfortable picturing a fantasy staircase or combining imagined elements with actual staircase.

But everyone can remember one they’ve seen.

Begin Script

Close your eyes

Imagine and Picture you are at the top of a staircase

There are 20 safe steps down to your goal

Counting backward from 20 as you go down each stair

Breathing deep into the abdomen and exhaling completely as you go down each stair

Feeling safe and secure starting down the stairs. / 20

Going down and breathing down. Down another stair now / 19

Release, relax, let go /18

Feeling more and more peaceful as I go down each stair / 17, 16, 15

Going down and breathing deeper down / 14

My life is full. I feel satisfied. / 13

I eat for health. / 12

Down, down, down / 11, 10, 9

I am comfortable. / 8

Going down and breathing deeper down / 7

I am fulfilled now. / 6

I remember these new eating habits every time I eat.

I now chose to eat in a manner that promotes health. Eating for a healthy body fills me with happiness.

The more I use this new knowledge it becomes automatic when I think of eating. It is my new way of eating easily and effortlessly.

Breathe deeply for a few minutes and relax sensing how your body feels at your goal weight and muscle tone.

Improve Sports - Affirmations


Below is an assortment of sports performance affirmations.

Choose the ones you feel an attunement with.

Affirmations condition the subconscious mind which then influences your consciousness.

They can be used in several ways. You can choose one method below or a combination.

  • You might want to write them daily in a journal.


  • Read them to yourself or aloud.


  • Post your favorites on cards and either carry them with you or tape affirmation cards where you will see them throughout the day.


  • Make a recording in your own voice and play it as you fall into sleep is a very effective method.


As you use your preferred method include mental visualization using as many of your five senses (sight, sound smell, taste, touch) as appropriate.

Also include different emotional feelings such as love, protection, nurturing, joy. Emotion is a fuel which makes affirmations more powerful.

Be aware of breathing deep into the abdomen. As if you are sending the energy inside yourself.

You can add your own affirmations.

Write them in present tense.

Write what you want, no “reverse” positives which would be using words such as no, never, not or don’t. For instance – I never strike out. The correct version is I always hit the ball exactly where I want it.

You can personalize these affirmations to your sport by adding the name of your sport, position you play or equipment you use.

At the end of the affirmation list I give some examples of how you might add your sport to the affirmations that you like.

I am on top of my game.

I learn and improve every time I play.

I have fun and enjoy my game.

My score improves.

The more I practice the better I get.

I am improving every day.

I learn from mistakes.

I stay calm.

I play from a state of focus.

I am totally focused on my game as soon as I begin playing.

I am in control.

I learn from watching other players.

I feel confident during my game.

My focus increases as I play.

I am happy with myself.

I feel secure that I am progressing each time I play.

I stay calm, focused and relaxed.


My zone is being calm and focused. My body performs like the perfect machine it is.

When I step into my game, I automatically step into my “zone”.





Individualized Sport Affirmation

My focus increases when I touch my golf clubs.

The more I practice at bat the better I get.

When I step onto the baseball diamond, I automatically step into my zone.

When I put on my football gear, I automatically step into my zone.

I am in control of my bowling bowl.

I stay calm, focused, relaxed and kick the ball exactly where I want it.


You can also use affirmations for your sport giving yourself “super” qualities.


I run like the wind.

I see where the ball is going before I hit it.

I dodge through the other players as if they weren’t there.

No one can touch me.


I am a magnet and the ball comes to me.


I can jump like the floor is a trampoline.
